Our nails are also made from C1042 premium-grade wire, a material specifically chosen for its resistance to bending and breaking under pressure. Even in demanding supply chain environments, these nails hold strong, keeping your pallets secure and intact.
Another key advantage is diameter. While many competitors rely on nails with a .083 to .099 wire diameter, we use a .113 wire diameter across our production. This thicker wire creates significantly stronger joints and greatly improves the overall rigidity of the pallet. The result is a pallet that can withstand heavier loads, rougher handling, and longer service life without compromising strength.
